Born in France and based in South Australia, Nathalie is co-founder and CEO of eBottli, a start-up that offers a unique and innovative food and wine traceability solution. Its combination of mobile digital options, sensors and analytics optimises the supply chain in terms of performance and compliance, and ensures proof of provenance. Her family owned a vineyard in the Burgundy wine region of France. She holds an Executive MBA and a PhD in life sciences. With a background in biochemistry, she worked for 15 years in public and private institutes such as Nestlé Skin Health. Nathalie is on the board of Wine Industry Suppliers Australia (WISA) and is a community leader of the French Tech Australia community.
