A graduate from the Faculty of Commerce, Osaka City University, Kazumasa sought experience in the corporate sector with NTT Kansai before rejoining his family’s business in 1999. Ten-Iwa Shoten, founded in 1905, is a conger eel and eel wholesaler, and on joining the business he was responsible for mail order, retail and event sales for department stores. In 2007 he established DHSOFT Co., Ltd. and expanded his company’s business into the retail sector, establishing a chain of restaurants. He has extensive experience working in Osaka’s wholesale and retail industry.
